IMPACT: Leadership and Mentorship Program

This facilitated leadership program pairs first-year and transfer students with upper-level student mentors to foster personal growth, professional development, and educational success. Mentors and mentees meet one-on-one each week and all participants attend bi-weekly cohort meetings. Cohort meetings include professional and personal development activities, along with presentations from working professionals (“Super Mentors”) who share their knowledge, experience, and connections with program participants.

Super mentors are leaders within the community that wish to contribute to the IMPACT leadership and mentorship program by sharing their knowledge in the form of workshops designed for the program participants. If you are interested in being a super mentor please contact us at impactwrc@unm.edu.
